1Nature of the content
All content on the Site, including written interviews, audio recordings and documentary stories, is documentary interview and human-interest material on the theme of tobacco control, intended only for public education and social observation. It does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment plan, a smoking-cessation program or psychological counseling.
What interviewees say reflects only their own subjective experience. It does not mean that the Site or its operator endorses every view expressed, and we do not promise that following any interview will help anyone quit smoking. If you have health or addiction concerns, please consult a qualified doctor at a licensed medical institution.
2Tobacco-related content
All interviews on the Site aim primarily to reveal the harms of tobacco and to discuss how hard quitting can be. The Site does not glamorize smoking, promote any tobacco or e-cigarette product, or dramatize the experience of smoking. No tobacco brands, tobacco advertising, or images or text that encourage smoking will appear on the Site.
3Access by minors
Because its subject is documentary interviews about smoking, the Site is open only to adults aged 18 or over. Minors may not access the Site. If you are under 18, please close this page immediately. The operator may refuse to provide paid content to any user suspected of being a minor.
4Intellectual property and interviewee authorization
Written authorization has been obtained from the interviewees for all interview transcripts and audio and video material on the Site. Without the written permission of Shenyang Super Smoke Media Co., Ltd., no one may copy, repost, re-edit or distribute the Site’s paid content. We reserve the right to pursue copyright infringement claims against anyone who does.
5Paid services and transactions
Paid items on the Site are digital viewing licenses for documentary interview content. Payment grants only a personal, non-commercial right to view and carries no promise of any smoking-cessation result. All transactions follow the E-Commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China. Once the content for an order has been delivered, refunds without cause are not available unless the content itself is materially incomplete.
6Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shenyang Super Smoke Media Co., Ltd. is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from actions users take on their own after reading or referring to interview content on the Site. We do our best to keep content compliant and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date.
7Analytics and personal data
To understand how the Site is used and to improve our content and services, the Site records usage statistics: the pages you visit, the referring URL, language, screen size, browser type, some actions on the page (such as copying a work ID or opening the contact panel), and your IP address with its last segment removed.
The Site does not use cookies. Instead, a randomly generated visitor ID is kept in your browser’s local storage so that visitors can be told apart; it contains no name, contact details or other identifying information. Statistics are stored only on the Site’s own server for at most 90 days, are used only for internal analysis, and are never sold or provided to any third party. You can delete the ID at any time by clearing the Site’s data in your browser.
8Other terms
The Site has completed ICP filing and holds a Value-Added Telecommunications Business License. This Notice is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be settled by negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be brought before the people’s court where the operator is located.
